Von Anfang an haben wir uns bei ihr in den besten Händen gefühlt. Mit ganz viel Empathie, Geduld und einem außergewöhnlichen Engagement hat sie uns durch die oft stressige und unübersichtliche Wohnungssuche begleitet. Sie hat sich immer Zeit genommen, wirklich zu verstehen, was uns wichtig ist, und hat nie den Blick fürs Persönliche verloren.

Frau Müller war jederzeit ansprechbar, hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen und Sorgen und hat uns mit ihrer freundlichen, positiven Art oft den Druck genommen, den so ein Umzug mit sich bringt. Man merkt einfach, wie sehr ihr die Menschen am Herzen liegen, mit denen sie arbeitet und das macht den Unterschied.

It was very helpful, insightful and pleasant experience. I was supported in applying for my work permit in Berlin. Everything was timely, well explained, well prepared.
